Pupukea for its system of underwater caverns an
underwater beauty. There several other tide pools
that are great for curious childrens and
beachcombers. All must aware at all time that this
location is a Marine Life Conservation Area, and
that nothing at all is to be taken of removed form
the beach, or its waters. Further down the beech is
the area known as Three Tables. The name is
appropriate for the 3 or 4 flat sections of visible
reef that can be seen during low tide. The
snorkeling and diving are also good at Three Tables.
There is a small portion of protected beach. The
water is deep at the tables, with lava tubes, ledges
and arches that can be found nearby and outside the
Tables. The Park is 80 acres with a nice elevated
sloped lawn that give visitors a spectacular view of
the Park. Pupukea does not have lifeguards, but does
have comfort stations, both basketball and
volleyball courts
