Konig joined the Hotel in 1999, and currently
oversees all guest services
including Security, Parking,
Concierge, Kuhio Club, and Rooms
Division that incorporates
housekeeping, front desk, and bell
services.
She has been in the
hospitality industry for over 17
years, and has held previous
positions including Front Officer
Manager and Assistant General
Manager.
Ms.
Konig highlights and achievements
are
Certified Red Cross/First
Aid/AED Trainer, Authorized HazCom
and Blood Borne Pathogens Trainer,
Radisson Effective Revenue
Management Certification, Certified
Hospitality Supervisor, Outrigger

S. Sonomura joined
the Hotel in 2005
and oversees
and manages the hotel's
accounting and financial
responsibilities.
Dexter
Sonomura,
a
University of Hawaii graduate
and certified public accountant,
previously worked at Sheraton Hotels
in Hawaii and at the W Honolulu
Diamond Head hotel.
He also worked in management and
accounting at The Gentry Cos, Martin
Warehousing and distribution, and
Waterhouse, Inc. |
Patsy
Narimatsu
Director
of Sales and Marketing |

Patsy
Narimatsu, Director of Sales and
Marketing, has over twenty years of
experience in product development,
sales, marketing and account
management.
She joined the Hotel in 1998,
and is responsible for overall sales
and marketing efforts for this
601-room hotel.
In this capacity, she
develops and maintains relationships
with key accounts, and directs all
activities related to individual and
group markets, as well as incentive
programs and promotions.
Ms. Narimatsu directly
supervises a sales team of 13.
A member of Travel Women of Hawaii, Hospitality
sales & Marketing Association,
American Business Women Association,
National Business Travel
Association, and TTRA, Ms. Narimatsu
holds a Certified Hospitality
Supervisor certificate as well as a
University of Hawaii Hotel Sales
& Marketing Certificate. |

Espiritu

Espiritu joined the Hotel in 1997,
and is responsible for the
maintenance and safety of the entire
property.
As the Hilton Waikiki
Prince Kuhio is being renovated, he
serves as the project management and
coordinator for the renovation. |
Linda
Nakaima

A graduate
of the University of Hawaii, Ms.
Nakaima joined the Hotel in 2002. In
her current capacity, she directs
all phases of the Human Resources
Department, including fostering
employee-management relations,
benefits administration, staffing,
recruitment, and hiring, etc.
Prior
to joining she held
increasingly responsible positions
with other Hawaii resorts and hotel
properties. |
Linda
Honma-Lacaran
Director
of Revenue and Reservations |

Linda Honma-Lacaran
joined the Hotel as
its Director of Revenue/Reservations
in January 2002, and is responsible
for the daily operations of the
Reservations Department, working
directly with the Director of Sales
and marketing and Assistant General
Manager in rooms revenue management
and forecasting of the 601-room
property.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii, Lacaran was
formerly with the DoubleTree Alana
Waikiki Hotel and Hawaiian Regent
Hotel.

Viktor
Schmidt, CEC
Executive Chef |

Viktor Schmidt joined the Hotel in 2007
as Executive Chef of the hotel and
its signature restaurant, MAC 24/7.
Most recently, Chef Viktor managed
the culinary operation of a Hilton
property of similar size, and is a
respected food and hospitality
veteran. Schmidt has nearly thirty
years of food experience, and was
most recently Executive Chef at the
Hilton Anchorage, and 600-room
hotel. In this capacity, he created
and implemented concepts and menus,
as well as managed the entire food
and beverage department of the
property. In 2006, he was named Chef
of the Year by the Alaska
Hospitality Association.
